Formal notification of interest was submitted to Zeeland Seaports (now North Sea Ports) to reserve the Land previously home to Thermphos International B.V.

Project planning meetings were held with the Minister of the Province of Zeeland to discuss the plans now underway and to lobby for support to progress the project concept.

Initial investigative studies were conducted in contemplation of building a multi-products bulk storage terminal.

Meetings were held with the EIA (MER) team and Port Authorities to discuss environmental considerations ahead of submission of a draft "Note Scope and Level of Detail" (NRD) report (public planning application).

After technical meetings with North Sea Ports regarding land and underground infrastructure, the formal NRD report was published. Publication requires the provision of a 6 week window for any public comments or objections to the proposed plans.

Full project review was undertaken resulting in a new conceptual layout design and operational model for the Terminal.
